What packages are available, and what do they include?
We have two different types of hospitality package available:
The ‘Beyond the Boundary’ Suite package provides the customer with a fully-enclosed, private facility within the ground. Each facility has unparalleled views of the ground. Suites are available in a variety of capacities. The customer must purchase the Suite for the full capacity, and for every match at that venue. Further details are available on the ‘Hospitality Packages’ page.
The ‘Century’ Dining package offers the customer use of the exclusive hospitality facility within or immediately adjacent to the ground. This all inclusive package is ideal for the individual wishing to attend the tournament in style, or the corporate customer wishing to entertain any number of guests. Food and beverage is provided throughout the day, as well as entertainment. This package can be purchased in any quantity, for any match at any venue. For further details please view the ‘Hospitality Packages’ page.

Prices are available from the pricing schedule on the ‘Match Schedule & Prices’ page. They range from US$ to US$.

The Dining Package is an all inclusive package, and includes a hospitality ticket, access to the facility, all food and beverage and entertainment.
The Suite Package price includes ticketed access to the facility for all matches at that venue, and for the capacity of that facility. A set menu is included each day with soft drinks only. Alcoholic beverage packages can be arranged directly with the caterer as per your requirements.
Where applicable, any amounts payable in respect of VAT or GST by the customer in connection with the total purchase price must be paid by the customer to WICB.

Yes you can! Unlike other international tournaments, Dining Packages for The Final only can be purchased without additional purchased required. As per the above, Suite Packages must be purchased for all matches at that venue.
What ticket category will my hospitality include?
There are no specific ticket categories for this event. All tickets sold as part of a hospitality package will be designated ‘hospitality’ tickets. These will either be the best tickets that are available, or the closest, most suitable tickets to your facility. Wherever possible we shall endeavour to provide tickets that are in the shade for all, or the majority of the day.
Are food and beverage included in my corporate hospitality package?
If you purchase the ‘Century’ Dining package, all of your food and beverage will be included.
Customers purchasing the ‘Beyond the Boundary’ Suite package will be supplied with an inclusive food and soft drink option, with optional additions (alcohol, etc) at an added cost.
I would like to book hospitality at this event. How do I proceed?
If you have all of the answers that you need, you can download a Dining Package booking form from the ‘How to Book’ page. If you wish to purchase a Suite Package or if you wish to discuss your options further, please contact either the local Cricket Association or an Official Hospitality Sales Agent. They will subsequently provide you with a booking form.
Once you have a booking form, please complete all of the details that you are asked for and return it to the contact information provided at the top of your booking form. This can be scanned and emailed back, faxed or posted.
How will I know if my corporate hospitality booking form has been received?
If you have chosen to pay on receipt of invoice, then you will receive a welcome letter and an invoice by email. IT IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROVIDE US WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR BOOKING FORM. If you have chosen to pay for your packages at the time of booking, then you will receive a welcome letter and a receipt of payment once payment has been received by us.
How will I know if my order is approved? Will I receive confirmation that payment for my order has been processed?
If your order has been approved, you will receive a welcome letter and an invoice or receipt, depending on how you have chosen to pay. PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING GUARANTEES YOUR TICKETS AND YOUR FACILITY.

Direct deposit by electronic transfer is the most secure and efficient method of payment. Details for this are provided on your booking form, and on any invoice that is sent out. Credit cards will also be accepted. Please refer to your booking form or invoice for details of the cards that we can accept and any processing fee’s.
When does my corporate hospitality package have to be paid by?
If you have chosen to pay upon receipt of an invoice, a deposit invoice will be generated and emailed to you for 40% of the total booking. This is payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. On or before the 1st of November 2009, you will be sent a balance invoice for the remaining 60% of your booking. For all bookings made after the 1st of November 2009, customers will be invoiced for 100% of the total package price.
I have asked to pay by credit card. When will my order be processed, and how will it appear on my statement?
If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will only be processed when your credit card company has cleared the request for payment with WICB. Your credit card will be charged once your ticket order is accepted. On the booking form, please give your credit card details and authorisation. Check that your credit card is valid for the period concerned and that credit on your account will cover the transaction. A transaction fee may be charged, and this will be applied at the time of processing as an addition to the total package price. Any costs incurred by foreign transactions (transfer costs or exchange rate charges) will be borne by the purchaser.
What will happen if there are problems with the payment?
If the credit card or bank account that is charged for the cost of the tickets is not cleared, for any reason or as a result of being blocked by yourself or by your bank, your order will not be processed. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you to discuss further.
When will my suite, facility and/or seat be allocated?
If not already agreed with the relevant cricket association, sales agent or directly with us, suites will be allocated based on the date of receipt of your full or final payment. Please discuss this with our hospitality staff. Seats for the dining package are allocated based on date of payment of your full or final payment for your hospitality package(s). Where there is more than one dining facility, places will be allocated based on the date of receipt of your full or final payment, and ‘best’ located facility will always be allocated first.
Can I track my order?
If you wish to enquire about your order, please contact us and have your invoice number and booking details to hand (see CONTACT US).
How do I organise food and beverage?
For Suites, additional food and beverage can be arranged directly with the ground caterers. We will provide you contact details and further information with your booking confirmation.

They are available on this website in the terms and conditions section (see top of page).
When will I receive my tickets and package?
Tickets and hospitality packages for the tournament will be distributed to the customer approximately 14 days before each match. Please allow up to ten working days for delivery and report any tickets not received. Tickets will only be despatched once full payment for the package has been confirmed.
What should I do if I want my tickets delivered to another address, or if my address changes?
If you wish to have your tickets sent elsewhere, or if your contact details have changed since you booked, please call us or email us and quote your invoice number (see CONTACT US).
How do I replace my ticket(s) and/or access pass(es) if they are lost or stolen?
Please make a note of the ticket numbers (serial number) that you have been allocated. Without these numbers, we cannot identify the lost or stolen ticket(s) and have them cancelled and replaced. Please call us as soon as you are aware of an issue (see CONTACT US).
Can I sell or give away tickets allocated to me?
You are not authorised to sell a ticket allocated to yourself because the right to attend a given match acquired through an allocated ticket is non-transferable and is valid only for the person placing the order.
Any attempt to sell on a ticket will be considered as black market activity and will entail the cancellation of the ticket.
We remind you that when a purchaser orders several tickets, he or she should ensure that the person(s) for whom he or she buys the ticket(s) have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and that they have agreed to abide by them.

If I forget my ticket, can I still access the venue?
